This was last year Men's 35+ Physique winner, Gary Lewis.
This year we will unfortunately not have the split in the 35+ Men's division, so they will all be in the same line-up as per the previous year.
The 35+ Men's division is not looking for a body builder, but merely for a great physique, good
looking and great stage personality to represent South Africa in Las Vegas in the Men's Model section there, as they unfortunately do not yet have a classic division for the men.
So guys, work hard, get those six-packs out (and if not sure how, go under our success stories and read up on Riaan Heinse and Hennie Visser and see how and what you should be doing) or send us an email and we can help.
This might motivate you o also get you that six pack on your abs and hopefully inspire you to come join us on stage for Mr and Ms Fitness SA show on 14th and 15th of August at Grand West, Cape Town. |
