The challenge is on once more and this time the winner takes it all. A prize of R10 000 cash, a makeover sponsored by Heins Hair Salon, a professional photo shoot (done at the Grand Finale). This photo shoot will be sponsored by Karen Bergh Photography and the winner will possibly get a sponsored car to drive off with into the Cape Town sunset (this still to be confirmed).
Entries for the fitness challenge are open from 1ST of February 2010 and closing date is 31ST March 2010. No late entries will be allowed. The entry fee is R1000 if you are not from Cape Town. This includes your meal plan, training program and regular updates. Consultations are R350 for the first one and R150 thereafter. Each participant has to see us at least once a month to stay in the challenge Another alternative is that you pay R1000 to stay in the challenge and just keep us posted with body fat measurements taken by a person of your choice. Once you have decided to enter the challenge, there will be a R1000 penalty fee if you do decide to withdraw, so to make sure you are ready, fill in this form and get it back to us as soon at possible.
For the correspondence challengers, just send me a mail and I will get all the relevant forms to you and our banking details for the R1000.
We also need a before photo in the first month, and we will need updated photos form you every 6 – 8 weeks. This is an obligati0on, so also make sure that you are prepared to take and mail those to us on request.
The final shoot is done on the day of the prize giving which will take place at 6pm the night of Fitness Pageant Grand Finale happening on 18th of September 2010, at the Grand Arena, Grand West Casino. The challenge will last for 7 months. The dress code for the final prize giving is smart, and the photo shoot for the men must be done topless. Ladies you will be in your evening gowns / smart outfits.
