UPDATE: 8 MARCH 2008

Our Biggest transformer Challenges is going really well. I must say the competition spirits are running high J and it is great to see what a difference the photos have made. So of any of you are struggling to make those life changes. Do yourself a favour and take a photo of yourself in a bikini. NOTHING LIKE THE TRUTH . . . And it hurts sometimes to see it, but this has made the psychological change in all 22 of these people. That determination to want to change that second picture has made them all want to do it. It isn’t even about the R10 000 anymore. It has boiled down to mere personal goals of “CHANGE”.

Keep it p guys and girls!
