FITNESS AMERICA WEEKEND

Kim Bland, our Fitness winner, brought home a bronze in the Open Fitness line-up (they even have a Masters Fitness line-up and it was a great inspiration to see that a women of 60 can still do gymnastics. WOW! It gives me hope :) I have 20 years still to keep training. We would like to thank our sponsor, Body Beautiful that made it possible. And Paula Dawson, our Ms Physique winner here, placed 6th, which is still a great achievement standing up against 30 other world class competitors.

Jeff Tsoutsos, our Model winner here, placed 10th out of 75 Model guys. He scored 2nd in his swim suit round but then lost some points on his sports theme and smart casual round. It seems like they are going for the more smaller, model looking guys, as Shawn du Plooy came 26 th and Jacques van der Linde didn’t make the top 30.  Riaan Hiense also took part, but we need a men's classic for him on that side. He was our over 35+ winner here in SA, and I feel he still had the best body on stage. We would like to thank our sponsor, SA Guys, for this great opportunity he gave the guys.

Angelique van Der Linden made a clean sweep in the Bikini middle class and brought home gold She also got 2^nd in the Figure division. We are really proud of you Angelique!
