Mr and Ms Fitness SA Pageant Calendar 2009

The weekend with the winners at the Bay Hotel in October this year, was a blast! We did everything in real "Celeb" style, from the Limo ride to the V&A Waterfront, wine and dine on the Sea Horse Restaurant, to the cocktail evening-sun downer shoot at the Bay Hotel, Camps Bay.

For the next 12 months we will take you on a journey on how these winners get ready for a show like the Mr and Ms Fitness SA Pageant, with training, dieting, and show tips which will include tips on how to get groomed for the show, or even just to be "photo-shoot" ready. After all, that is what we do all of this for.

We will be featuring the winners on the on-line calendar in each month, so don't forget to long on the beginning of each month to see how the shoot went and the great calendar designs from Riaan Vosloo.
