Wow!!! need I say more regarding the show. It was brilliant !!!, fun and full of excitement. I enjoyed myself so much even Hennie that did not compete had one fabulous time.
Thanks you for all that you do for us Fitness athletes, with out this show , and you driving it their just wont be an eagerness to stay in shape and preformed. I was in the best shape ever, and I won the body round in the bikini line up, I did fell out with points in the theme round and ended 5 overall, I am so in cloud 9 I have to tell you.
I cannot wait for next years show, and are already back in the gym, not a day to loose.
Thank you Thank you, once again for all the effort, and thanks to GI Lean for investing in such a spectacular event.
Hope all of you do well in Las Vegas, keep us posted please!!! Would have love to be their competing with you this year, but theirs always next year!

Hey Bern!
Ek weet ek het al dankie gese maar weereens dankie vir 'n ongelooflike show!!!!! Die kwaliteit van AL die divisies was ongelooflik. Ek leer elke jaar iets nuuts, is maar soos die lewe - 'stepping stones'.
Die eintlike rede hoekom ek jou mail is om te se dat ek vandag die FAME UK hier London gekyk het en die organisasie was absoluut shocking om nie eers van die atlete te praat nie. Die standaard in SA is baie beter as hier. Ek het die ou van Muscle & Fitness ontmoed en so bietjie gesels en hy het gese hy dink daaraan om SA toe te kom. Ek dink ek wil defnitief volgende jaar fitness doen so ek sal sommer al aan die begin van volgende jaar by jou 'n draai kom maak.
Baie dankie vir alles, jy's 'n super ster!

I've come a long way these last few months, lots of training, sticking to my eating and most of all trying not to think of all the bruises ;)

I've placed in the top 10 in my division, still awaiting final results will keep you up to date.
It was a great experience and yes I will be back just need to improve on my gym skills.
I also want to congratulate my client Kim Banwell for winning the Weight Loss Challenge Girl you rock! Told you to hang in there and stay off them jelly tots! LOL
It is easy to set a goal but reaching it is the most difficult part. We have to struggle with all the emotional challenges that comes with it, and changing ones mind and lifestyle is the hardest. But with so many special people in my life, I can just say one thing, keep on looking ahead and you will be able to get to that finish line. It is tough but with some true determination all is possible.
Enough from me! You are all winners in my eyes!

Sure you are feeling tired from the excitement and long weekend past. My special thanks to you and all the crew for making the show such a memorable experience! For someone doing this kind of thing for the first time, I can only say WOW - the show was amazing and will definately see me again and again! I had the world of fun getting to know everyone and competing!
You are an inspiration as is all the contestants whom entered and I have now travelled back with a broader knowledge of what the industry is all about and how to better prepare myself for next years comp!
Once again, thank you again! My best wishes with the preganacy lying ahead! May it all go smoothly and be a memorable experience for you!

Hey Bern,
I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for arranging such an awesome show!!!
I have always supported the more hardcore federations such as the IFBB, and I must say… I felt so spoilt being part of the MS FITNESS… the beauty, the extravagance, the warm welcome, the stage set up… everything was absolutely planned to the T, and I just want to congratulate you and the team who helped made the show such a success!!!
Not only being part of your show made it special, but making new friends must have been the best part!!! I have taken all the feedback given in a positive manner, and will work on the points that need to be worked, and I will be back for sure!

Hi Bern,
I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed being a part of the your show. I know how much effort you put into ev erything and especially how well you pull it off considering your stage of pregnancy etc, can't be easy.
I absolutely loved being up there and was happy to make the Top 10 at least (am curious to know where about in the 10 I placed) but it was all worth it and am still focussed on training and keeping myself in great shape to inspire my clients. Thanks again for organising a terrific event.

Hi Berni
Thank you for putting on such a good show this year, it was by far the best both from an organisational and entertainment point of view. I have had much feedback from members of the audience who were blown away by the standard of the athletes and the sheer entertainment value, not to mention the stunning representation of athletes in peak condition.
It was the pleasure being involved once again, but certainly very very difficult this year, with the standard being incredibly high, especially the fitness men. Congratulations to each athlete for putting huge effort in and I hope this inspires others to up their future performance. As usual Duane gave us a WOW start to the evening, he is such a talented performer and choreographer!
All the very best of luck to the athletes carrying our torch overseas, and we hope that they will achieve the accolates they have worked so hard for and deserve.

WHAT AN AWESOME EVENT! Flew down to CT just to see the show-and im extremely impressed. Hard work pays off for sure! I always wanted to see for myself what the show is all about, so this was the first. It was mindblowing.
I could just imagine how tough it must have been for the judges. Me and my hubby oohed and aahed for every second one.
What guts it must take to participate. . . I suppose having a body like that makes it much easier. I would love to one day participate myself. But where does one start to actually look exactly like that? I must just get the right people to guide me through nutrition, exercising etc . Oh..thanks for showing my before and after pic-were quite surprised!

Hallos!
Congratulations to our personal trainers: Riley, Thea and Wynand, as well as our staff members: Reuben and George, who put in lotsa effort, sacrifice and dedication to look great on stage, this past weekend! And to those who don't know, this kind of competition was a first for Wynand, Riley and I think George too. . . and Riley finished in the top 10 of her category!
We also had a couple of members who took part and really looked hot! Naming a few: Riaan Heinse came 3rd in his category, his wife (Hanlie) was in the top 10 with Riley and his oldest son was in the top 10 of his division. Waldi from the Supplementation Warehouse was for sure a crowd favourite and was in the top 10 of his division. Shaun du Plooy was in the top 10 of the model category.
